The hard work and sacrifice put in and poured out each week by our volunteers is essential to the operations and growth of Community Health Services of Union County, Inc.

Examples of Non-Medical Volunteer tasks may include:

  • Attend clinics and assist with registering clients and processing paperwork
  • General office duties: answer phone, greet clients, copy, file, etc.
  • Schedule appointments
  • Conduct telephone surveys
  • Provide translation services (bi-lingual volunteer)

Community Health Services of Union County, Inc. depend on volunteers, both medical and non-medical, to be able to provide much needed medical care to the uninsured. 


The spirit of volunteerism and giving back is truly a rewarding experience, one that is exemplified where the underserved are getting access to medical care everyday.


Not only are medical providers and other medical professionals needed, but non-medical people as well!
